ETL is currently engaged as the prime subcontractor providing instructional design and learning development services to DTRA’s Human Resources Directorate. ETL deploys senior-level L&D expertise across nine directorates and staff offices to design and develop online and instructor-led training programs, incorporating AI-driven strategies aligned with DoD’s future learning direction.

ETL provided senior L&D consulting and technical training advisory services to the FBI’s National Strategic Partnership and Coordination Unit (NSPCU), supporting 56 field offices nationwide with curriculum development, needs assessment, and multi-format training delivery.
